If you are browsing the site as a potential buyer of repossessed properties you do not need
an account. You may use either the Search page (accessed via the Search button on the
middle left side of the home page) or the Quick Search pull-down menu in the upper right
corner to view listings for the repossessed properties we currently have posted for sale.
There is no fee or sign-up required.
Registration is only required for financial institutions that wish to list properties for sale.
If you represent a financial institution and you would like to list your repossessions and
foreclosures on Repo-Sales.com, click on the Sellers button on the middle left side of the
home page, the click the Sign Up link that is slightly right and above the center of the page.
Complete the information requested on that page and click Submit. Once we receive that information,
someone will contact you directly to complete the process.
To see a list of all items for sale in a category use the Quick Search pull-down menu in the
upper right corner of every page on the site. Click the down arrow for a list of categories
and select one. The resulting display will be a list of all items listed in that category.
To find a specific type of property, go to the Search page by clicking the Search button on
the middle left side of the home page. The select the desired property type and click
the Search Category button. Once the detailed criteria selection page appears fill in
the specific search information and click the Search button. A list of all properties matching
the search criteria will be returned.
To find a specific property from a previous session, use the Reference ID Search on
the Search page. Enter the property’s Reference ID in the text box on the right and click
the Search by Ref ID button. The detailed listing for that item will be displayed.
